			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On February 3, 1981, the UK music charts were topped by John Lennon&#8217;s song <em>Woman</em>.  Lennon, had been shot and murdered the previous December. <em>Woman</em> was the first song to be released after his death and was the second single  from his <em>Double Fantasy</em> album.  <em>Woman</em> stayed at number one in the UK charts for two weeks before being knocked off by a re-release of his own <em>Imagine</em>.</p>
